Algorfa
Algorfa lies on the banks of the Rio de Segura. It is one of Vega Baja’s citrus farming vilalges with a population of approximately 1000, and is situated amongst lush and fertile countryside.
There are a selection of shops and bars set around a typically spanish town square.
Just outside the town is an unusual neo-gothic church built at the start of the Nineteenth century and well worth visiting.
Algorfa holds a local market on Sundays. Alicante is only 30km away, with Murcia airport 50km away.
Algorfa’s beautiful golf course is called La Finca and is situated in tranquil and spectacular scenery. Perfect for a relaxing day of golf.
