We are Prue and Kevin Thomas and have been coming backwards and forwards from England to the Costa Blanca for the last 7 years, therefore we have got to know this area extremely well. In early 2006 we knew then was a good time for us to move over here permanently.

Prue has worked for an English High street bank all her life and Kevin has been in the building trade all his life. We have both a massive interest in propeties and renovated many houses in the United Kingdom

Here in Spain, since we arrived, we have been looking after Friends and Neightbours properties while they have been away and have therefore decided to work with Lee and Carol in providing Property Management services in our area.

We can provide you with whatever service you require, whether it is just looking after you property in your absence, to any alterations you might require. We will provide a legal, honest and reliable service with the personal touch.
