The Location:

This apartment is located in the Beautiful Spanish Town of Almoradi.

Easy access to the N332 coast road or the AP7 motorway which opens up the whole of the Costa Blanca. For those who enjoy larger towns and more historic surroundings, then Cartegena to the south or Alicante to the north are only 30 minutes drive away. The lovely university town of Murcia is also another place well worth a visit

Almoradi has a large, exciting market on a Saturday which has everything from fruit and vegetables to clothes and footwear.

There is a choice of  golf courses 10 minutes away by car and also 10 minutes to the nearest beach which is Guardamar. Many other blue flag beaches only a short drive in either direction along this part of the coast.

Other facilities include nearby chemist, medical centre and choice of supermarkets.

Other activities in the area include, go karts, horse riding, cycling and water sports.

Great location for long term and holiday rental.

Only 30 minutes south of Alicante airport and 30 minutes north of Murcia, making this a very accessible location that has a lot to offer.

This first floor apartment has a bright welcoming living area with 2 comfortable sofas , coffee table and television. There are two sets of patio doors leading to a balcony which runs around the outside of the apartment.

On entering the secure front door with spy hole, you come into a long hall, with a large shower room complete with sink toilet and bidet, on the left  and on the right a large double bedroom with little tables and hanging space.

Moving along the hall there is a twin bedroom also with table and hanging space. On the left there is a small outside terrace area suitable for table and chairs.

The kitchen on the right is spacious with ample kitchen units fully equipped and a dining table with 4 chairs. From the kitchen there a doors leading to a balcony with the usual washing facilities. Also there is a large fridge freezer.

Moving up the hall you then come to the bright lounge and at the end of the hall is a fabulous Master bedroom with its own dressing area and on suite bathroom complete with Bath, Bidet, Sink and Toilet.

This is a truly fabulous apartment which would make a perfect base for a holiday or alternatively an ideal home for the Long Term Renter.

The pool is situate on the roof surrounded by astro turf. There are areas on the roof for sunbathing and the 360 degree views are absolutely fabulous. The view takes in the mountains behind and the coast to the front.

This apartment is in a very peaceful area and right next door there is a delightful enclosed park with mature trees and benches for those quiet afternoons.
