2 Bedroom one Bathroom apartment close to Torrevieja at La Siesta. This is close to all the amenities and ten minutes from the Beach.This apartment would make an ideal base for a lovely holiday. The views from the roof terrace are fabulous. There is also a great community Pool area.

Location

This 2 Bedroom one bathroom apartment near Torrevieja is a great place to stay as it is close to all amenities. The exciting Town of Torrevieja is a 10 minute journey and there is a choice of beaches also with 10 minutes. There are local bars and shops within walking distance and the views from this apartment are breathtaking.

You enter the apartment via stairs straight in to the lounge area comprising of Air Con, Dining Room table and chairs, ceiling fan, sofa bed and easy chair, units and shelves and t.v. with a British Package. Attached to the Lounge is a lovely Juliet balcony which has room for an outside table and chairs.

From one side of the Lounge is the Kitchen complete with many units and fully equipped with microwave, oven, hob. fridge freezer etc.

Through the lounge are two bedrooms and the Bathroom.  One bedrrom has a double bed, ceiling fan , large wardrobe, a selection of drawers and mirror. This room has the added bonus of a Safe.

The 2nd bedroom has two single beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan.

The Bathroom is fully equipped and has shower facilities.

From the apartment a few more stairs leads up to a roof terrace which is very spacious. This has views across to the lakes and mountains. A perfect private spot for those who want to sunbathe or bbq.

This apartment is ideal for those who want a Holiday or also for those who would like a Long Term stay.

There is a fabulous Pool area close to the apartment which is totally gated to keep this pool private.
