Algorfa is situated 30 minutes from Alicante Airport and enjoys a typically Mediterranean Climate. Algorfa Town itself is a typical friendly Spanish town with its own Golf Course.

For those like golfing holidays, La Finca is a fantastic challenging course, surrounded by orange groves, the Golf Resort hosts many onsite facilities including pools,golf club house, restaurant, bars and driving range.

Close to the La Finca Golf course in Algorfa is this lovely 3 bedroom Villa ideally situated for those liking golf or beach holidays.  The coast is 15 minutes drive, where you will find the Town of Guardamar which has 13 kilometers of golden sands.

The villa is ideally situated with its own pool or there is a much larger communal pool close by which also can be used. The communal pool also has a safe childrens pool area.

The Villa is tastefully decorated to sleep 6 people, it is fully furnished and fully equipped for everything to complete a lovely holiday.

As you enter the property up the steps to the front door you go in to the main hall, leading from the hall is a fully equipped kitchen with an open end so you can see through to the lounge. It has a gas hot water combi heater, so no waiting for the water to re-heat. Also in the hall is a large cupboard for storage, and stairs leading to the first floor. The lounge has a dining table seating 6 and sofa and chairs, and coffee tables, fireplace, and this room also has patio doors leading to lower terrace,garden and pool area. Also downstairs are two bedrooms both with twin beds and a bathroom with bath and shower etc.

Upstairs is a lovely double bedroom with a shower room en suite all designed in a beautiful marble. This room has patio doors leading to a fantastic roof terrace, with views over the countryside and mountains. There are sun beds and a large table and chairs here.

Outside, downstairs is a lovely garden with its own pool.  Shops and restaurants are a short walk away and the Golf Course is also walking distance.

This villa would make the ideal Holiday location or alternatively, for a Long Term rental.
