This is a beautiful four bedroom detached villa on the edge of Dolores, in Catral. It has a 10 x 5 swimming pool and a large games room with pool, darts, table football and table tennis. Location This villa is located in the Costa Blanca approx 30 minutes drive from Alicante Airport South. The nearest beach is Guardamar 10 minutes drive. This beach has water sport facilities and life guards on duty in the Summer months.

There are many golf courses with a few minutes drive, La Finca being the nearest.

The nearest town is Dolores, a two minute drive or a 15 minute walk. There you will find all the facilities you will require including three supermarkets and several bars and restaurants. There is a typical Spanish village square with a 14th century church in the centre of the town. Market day is Friday morning.

This is a superb quality villa ideal for a large family or two families/friends travelling together. The entrance to the villa is through an electric sliding gate, and set on 2300m2 plot with a 400 m2 patio which is tiled. The remainder of the area is gravelled and planted with fruit trees and palm trees. There is adequate parking for several cars. There are seating areas for shade and also sun terraces for sun bathing. The private pool is 10 x 5 meters with a shallow end and deep end.

In the garden there is also a children play area built on sand. There is a large badminton court and basket ball nets.

There is a large games room which has table football, table tennis, pool and darts.

The villa sleeps 10 people 4 bedrooms, two doubles and two twin bedded rooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite. Also sofa beds are available. One of the bedrooms has a dressing room and all have large wardrobes.

From the patio doors you can enter the house straight in to the lounge, dining room, complete with satellite t.v. d.v.d. stereo and video with seating for 10 in the lounge. There is a large kitchen complete with dishwasher, electric cooker with 4 ring hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and plenty of storage cupboard and this leads to a utility room with washing machine, fridges and sink.

From the lounge to the right are three bedrooms and a main bathroom. To the left is the master suite with a large en-suite and corner bath, shower and twin sinks, also a dressing area with large wardrobes. There is another door leading to the double garage and games room.

This villa would make an ideal holiday for the whole family.
