Easy access to the N332 coast road and the motorway opening up the whole coast. Cartegena to the south and Alicante to the north offer large towns with plenty of shopping and places of interest. Murcia airport is approximately 40 minutes to the south and Alicante airport about 25 minutes drive away to the north. Guardamar is surrounded by two large and beautiful salt water lakes which form the “Salinas de Guardamar” and are an official Spanish Nature Reserve. These lakes attract a wide variety of bird life. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful golden sands of Guardamar and also to the main shops and cafes. There is a fantastic market on Wednesdays for all your needs selling a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. This newly built apartment is located in a secure block with its own private car parking space in an internal garage for residents and guests.
