Situated just outside the main commercial centre but close to some local shops.

Easy access to the motorway which opens up the whole of the Costa Blanca.

The living area is bright and spacious and is furnished very nicely with an emphasis on comfort with the 2 sofas providing more than ample seating.

The TV benefits from a UK system so no worries about missing all those favourite programmes.

The attractive coffee table matches the other furniture in the living area which includes an occasional table with a table lamp.
